Black Professionals Canada (BPC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing systemic barriers affecting Black professionals in the Canadian workforce. Our mission is to empower Black professionals by providing the skills, mentorship, and networking opportunities necessary for career advancement and leadership success.
Through dynamic networking sessions with industry leaders and a comprehensive mentorship program, BPC supports young Black professionals, university graduates, undergraduates, and high school students in navigating their career paths with confidence.
Additionally, our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives help organizations across Canada build diverse and inclusive workplaces. By partnering with companies committed to equitable hiring and retention practices, BPC facilitates access to top Black talent, fostering environments where professionals can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

​To empower Black professionals and students across Canada by fostering a strong network of support, mentorship, and career development. We are committed to reducing unemployment and underemployment rates among Black Canadian professionals, accelerating the transition of new Black immigrants into the workforce, and partnering with organizations to drive impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Through strategic mentorship, networking, and access to professional opportunities, we strive to create a pathway for success, leadership, and economic empowerment within the Black professional community.
